Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.

A deposit (no less than 50%) may be required before work begins.
Full payment must be made upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
If a project is cancelled before work begins, deposits may be refundable at our discretion (minus administrative costs).
If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, the client is liable for work completed and materials purchased up to that point.
Refunds will only be processed once review of the project status has been completed.

While we take all reasonable precautions, ASEM Projects is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supply shortages, weather, strikes).
Tradesmen are vetted and supervised, but liability for defects or errors will be limited to rectification within reasonable means.
